Jenna Fischer is the beautiful and talented actress from NBC's The Office but before her days as the second half to
JAM (Jim + Pam), let's learn a little bit about this up and coming actress.
Jenna was born on March 7, 1974 as Regina Marie Fischer but changed her name later in life. She was born in Ft Wayne, Indiana but grew
up in St Louis, Missouri where she attended Nerinx High School and eventually graduated from Truman State with a BA in Theater Arts.
Jenna always knew she wanted to be an actress despite being advised aganist it, as she notes her blog that her acting teacher said if
you can find something to do with your life better than acting than do that instead. So Jenna decided then to move to LA and try to begin her
acting career. It took Jenna nearly ten years before getting her staring role on The Office prior to that she had done a number of small movie roles
including staring, writing and directing Lolli Love that got critically aclaimed and other roles on many hit TV shows like That 70's Show
and Spin City . Though now reaching the point in her career where has a nice and stable job on The Office and having many movies impending release
and in production, Jenna still maintains a down to earth nature easily seen in her myspace blog where she posts up photos and writes about the behind the scenes
